Ordering Questions
What is my order status?
Once orders are placed, our warehouse will process your order within 1-3 business days. At that point you'll receive a shipment notification email with your tracking information.
For standard shipping, transit times can take anywhere from 4-15 business days and the ETA is a non-day-definitive, meaning it can change and/or be delayed at any time.
Can I modify my order?
If you made a mistake on your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are unable to make most changes to orders, but we will attempt to stop the order from shipping so it can be cancelled and replaced. Because our warehouse works quickly to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee being able to catch it prior to shipping (please note we do offer free returns/exchanges if an order does ship).

What are the shipping service options?
Contiguous US Shipping Options
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99: 7-14 business days for transit
Standard Shipping: $3.99 – 7-14 business days for transit
Second Day Shipping: $8.99 – 2 business days for transit*
Next Day Shipping: $19.99 – 1 business day for transit*
*Excludes HI, AK, PR, APO/FPO, & PO Boxes
**All orders take up to 1-3 business days for processing prior to shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once orders are placed, our warehouse will process your order within 1-3 business days. A that point you'll receive a shipment notification email with your tracking information.
You can click 'View Order' from that email to track your order or you can login to your account to view your tracking information (you can also create an account retroactively in order to view the tracking information, as long as it's the same email address).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. Please note, free/standard shipping is a non-day-definitive service, meaning transit times and delivery ETA can change at any time.
Why did only some of my items ship?
If you received your shipping confirmation email with only some items from your order listed, we are unfortunately out of stock of the other item(s).
When this does occur, we will only charge you for the items that do ship.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally. We only ship domestically to all 50 US states and Puerto Rico.
Returns
How can I start a return/exchange?
Start your return/exchange HERE at returns.voyagergoods.com. Our returns center will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a free pre-paid return label*.
*At this time Puerto Rico orders are not provided with a pre-paid return label and are required to send it back on your own.
PLEASE NOTE - Due to safety protocols implemented in our warehouse, please allow 2-4 weeks for your return to be processed once the item(s) are received. After receiving the refund confirmation email, please note that your credit card company may require an additional 3-7 days to post the credit to your account.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do offer size and/or color exchanges for items purchased at voyagergoods.com. You can start a return or exchange HERE at returns.voyagergoods.com. Our returns center will guide you through the process and provide you with a free pre-paid return label.
Please note, all exchange orders are required to be shipped with standard shipping. If you need your new item quicker, we recommend that you return your initial item for a refund and place a brand new order with expedited shipping.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns/exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be purchased directly from voyagergoods.com and be in brand new condition with the tags still attached.
